Highly recommend this company. Rob and his team work to a very high standard and all the trades were a pleasure to deal with. There were delays from both sides due to COVID but the team worked hard to minimise the disruption to the completion date. RWJ recently complete a single story rear extension on our house in Penwortham. RWJ managed the whole build from start to finish. This involved the removal of an old conservatory, construction of the new extension from below ground level up including reworked services, the removal of structural walls from the existing property and a full internal fit out (kitchen, WC, flooring, wall finishes & woodwork).
From initial contact Rob, Damian and their team were consummate professionals with a timely site visit and quote to the final finishing of the job, there was no fault in the way they conducted themselves. Nothing was ever to much trouble and if we ever contacted them for any information a speedy reply was always received.
The team working for RWJ are highly skilled and managed to work extremely well to the none standard brief. We were kept informed of what progress we should expect and they were always happy to explain what was happening and the processes involved.
Working through difficult circumstances with Covid issues and problems with the supply of certain materials, the team did a good job to keep progress happening in order to achieve the desired outcome. This did cause a none standard build schedule over a 17 week period but this hasn’t had any effected on the quality of the end product.
A number of subcontractors were brought to site for specific tasks such as electrics, plastering and plumbing. The work they completed was also to a high standard and they listened to our needs and worked to them.
The final finish is superb and we are extremely happy with the quality of workmanship that we have received. Thank you to all of the team for their work on the project but especially to Damian and Ste for all their the extra effort they put in to complete the end stages of the build to our exact requirements

RWJ NW recently constructed a single story extension to the rear of my property. Build even came in a little under budget which was a bonus! Rob and Damian made sure their lads were on point. All machinery, equipment and materials were onsite at the start of the project so no delays. Tidied up any mess they made straight away. The only complaint I have is the amount of tea bags we went through over that week! Your work and professionalism is massively appreciated, can highly recommend.

Only three small jobs for Rob and his guys but they were happy to accept any job big or small. A good quality finish on a door I thought I may have to replace (expensive to do so) and 2 new window handles plus a small gutter job. Nice guys, pleasant and professional to deal with. Would definately recommend and use again.

RWJ did a renovation job on my garage, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. The finish was exceptional on all the woodwork. Really lovely team of guys and very professional to work with.
